Walk description:

When you get to Budleigh Salterton, head for the sea front. Drive down East Budleigh Road and then go left down Coastguard road. When you get to the bend in the road, turn left down Salting Hill. This will bring you in to Lyme Kiln Carpark.

You need to park at the opposite end to the sea front. On the left is a recreation ground. On your right is a pathway that is the beginning of the walk.

This pathway has been constructed for wheelchairs and buggies users, and goes along to Whitebridge. It runs along side the Otter Estuary and has viewing areas that look over the saltmarsh.

When you get to the gate you will need to turn around and walk back to the carpark.

Additional notes:

There are toilets if you walk to the seafront end of the carpark and walk along the pathway that leads to Budleigh Salterton.
