Walk description:

The walk takes about 40-60 minutes depending on ability.

There is a large notice board next to the clock tower with a map of the walk and advice for walkers.

Walk part 1: From the clock tower walk past the Bowling Green along the straight path, keep going passing the pitch and putt on your right. You should now have a great view of Plymouth city centre and the Hoe. Take the path to your left as you reach the Baseball/Rounders area. Keep to this path and then take a left into an area where some trees have been planted. The path will get narrow as it goes through a wooded area, there is a short steep hill, and then go straight on until you come across a path that will take you uphill to the clock tower.

Part 2: From the clock tower head back down where you just came from following the wide path as it curves downhill and to the left. When u reach the bottom of the hill you have the option of turning left and continuing on the wide path back uphill towards Home park Football ground, or alternatively you can head straight on to a narrower path that heads uphill to pounds park. If you stay on this path as it curves to the left you will eventually meet up with the path that leads up to Home park Football ground. Keep going up the hill until you reach the Football Stadium. Turn left passing the main entrance to the stadium and follow the path back the Clock tower and the end of the walk.

There are plenty of benches along the route if walkers need a rest at any point during the walk.
