Walk description:
Free parking in Midhurst, North Street Car Park.
Walk down the Cowdray Castle Causeway for 400 yards, cross over the River Rother through the gates, turn left onto the tarmaced castle-access road.
Follow this road north for 100 yards and as it bends left towards the entrance at North Mill, continue onwards up the rough estate track, over the brow of a gentle hill and on to The Cowdray Farm Shop and Model Farm (coming in April 2011). Return the same way.
Additional notes:
Midhurst is quite buggy friendly though there are shops with steps upwards - old Tudor and Georgian Houses - but shoppers are friendly and helpful if you need a hand.
