Durlston Country Park's Woodland Trail

DISTANCE: Less than 1 mile (1.61km)

Walk description:

A fairly easy coastal walk, along surfaced tracks and woodland paths with one steepish climb (that can be avoided) midway through the walk. A Tramper mobility scooter can be borrowed from the visitor centre to do this walk or explore the rest of the Country Park.

Durlston Country Park's Woodland Trail

You need to go to the visitor centre to see the sign you need to follow for this trail. The terrain is better
in some areas than others, as part of the path is made up of a compact mud path. So it can be muddy at times.
The trail does have some slopes, so you need to be fairly fit. Part of the trail has lovely views over the
coastline. There are benches along the trail to sit and look at the views.

There is a cafe at
the end of the walk, but it has restricted opening hours.
