With the car park entrance behind you walk to the back of the car park, toward the left hand corner. Leave the car park here. Walk along the path and you will come to a small recreation area. Walk past this, and you will come to a restaurant on your right and a tearoom on your left.

Continue along a half cobbled and half tarmac path till you get to the end. Turn right and go across the bridge. Once across the bridge, turn left, and then walk along the harbour side. You can walk all the way along side the harbour, until you get to the end of the pier.

Additional notes:

If you wish to walk back a different way, when you get to the turning for the town centre, cross over the bridge. This will enable you to walk back along the other side of the harbour.

There are toilets and eating facilities along the route, and also in the town centre.
