Walk description:

This walk will take you around the lovely Country Park.

A map will be given to you on your entrance to the park. Follow the map provided or simply explore the tracks within the park.

Additional notes:

There is a small admission fee which was £3.25 September 2007. Please check their web site for current rates.

Brockerswood Country Park is set in 80 acres of woodland. If you time your visit right you will be able to see purple orchids or bluebells.

There are baby changing facilities which although basic are clean.

I would imagine that the routes can get a bit muddy underfoot during periods of high rain, so might be advisable to take wellies or walking boots. More suited to all terrain buggies rather than pushchairs.

There are picnic and play areas which is ideal for toddlers and young children. Also a small cafe which provides very reasonably priced food and drinks.

The railway is a great way to see the park but only runs at certain times of the year.

Very pleasant walk but if extremely wet would not be ideal with a pushchair Has a lovely out door play area
for older children and a small enclosed area for smaller children. Facilities are basis but adequate.
