DISTANCE: 1 miles (1.61 km)
FACILITIES: There & back, Parking

GRADIENT: Quite steep in places
OS MAP: Exmoor

Walk description:

From Dunster drive along the A396 until you see a brown sign for Nutcombe Bottom. Turn left here and you will come to Nutcombe Bottom on your left.

Parking is free and at the top of the car park is an information board about the trails.

The green trail is suitable for families and buggies, but there are some steep slopes. It is about a mile long. It starts opposite the entrance to the car park.

There are three other trails here, you need to go and explore.

Additional notes:

You need to take care when you do the trails as they are not well marked and it is ease to get lost. It is important that you take note of the way you have walked, so you can retrace your steps.

It is well worth taking a mobile phone with you, and not to walk alone as trails are very isolated.
